Synopsis

In the film Shivam Bhaje, we meet Chandu: This is a wonderful man, but a weak loan recovery agent. Towards the end of the film, Chandu’s life takes an odd turn when an accident occurs which makes him blind. Eye transplant surgery works for him, and he comes to terms with the fact that he sees through the eyes of a K9 who participated in a secret mission.

Chandu’s uncovering of this gilded past leads him to come across snippets of a cold-blooded killer who has a knack for killing innocent people. Chandu does not simply ‘see’ obstacles – he plunges himself into the central enigma and discovers a plan that threatens his beloved ones and the motherland’s safety. It becomes apparent that this time he has to take frightful risks – running away from grappling villains like a mouse and stick a finger into the ‘ear of the order’ Shankar Sen who is the central villain of the piece. But are the killers so pliant – or is Chandu going to save the day which he swears by?
