Synopsis:

In Don’t Let Him Find You, the peaceful life of Alex McDowell (played by Brianna Cohen) gets disrupted after one day she saves a random person and quickly becomes famous. What was meant to be a virtuous and simple thing turned into a nightmare for her when the media debacle brought about something that she tried to bury years ago. Now that her identity has been questioned, a crime reporter, who is quite persistent, is able to dig up astonishing facts concerning Alex’s history.

But things take a sinister turn when the reporter is found murdered and Alex is the prime suspect. With time running out and about, Alex needs to prove her innocence, save her family and combat evil which is hell bent on revealing her secrets. The film takes the audience through a series of taut lies, betrayal, and gruesome discoveries, keeping the viewer intrigued to its suspenseful shocking end.

Trailer Breakdown:

At the beginning of the trailer, we are presented with a calm, tranquil suburban environment where Alex has a strong spirit capturing the attention of many, but this moment is cut short by some unfortunate series of events. But then there is a sudden shift in tone with ominous music amplifying the discomfort and tension, her history and struggles. Interspersed are brief scenes of driving conflict, dark shapes moving around her house, and an ominous voice stating, ‘You can’t hide forever’. Its mostly unknown but the last part is very engaging where the audience witnesses Alex looking into a mirror and her reflection which seems to recite something she has never said.

What to Expect:

Combining gripping tension with an emotional core, Don’t Let Him Find You is a psychological thriller that twists around breaking points. The film’s themes of identity, trust and self redemption gets viewers thinking even after the end credits.
